We strive to process refund requests as quickly as possible. Most refund requests are reviewed and resolved within 3-5 business days from the date we receive all required information.

4.2 Payment Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit Card Refunds: Typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • PayPal Refunds: Usually processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days at the current exchange rate at the time of refund processing.
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: May take 7-14 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies and processing times.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

If your Steam account becomes restricted or banned by Valve after we have delivered an item, we cannot provide a refund as this circumstance is beyond our control.

In cases of force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, civil unrest, acts of God, pandemic, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control) that affect our service delivery, standard refund policies may be adjusted, and processing times may be extended.

8. Exchanges

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer an exchange for a different item of equivalent value. Exchange requests are subject to the same eligibility criteria as refund requests and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
